Join Tara Van Dernoot in a short yoga flow to warm up, followed by a few stress-relieving yoga poses, and wrapping up with some "Stealth" ways to relieve stress when going into a yoga pose isn't practical. No experience necessary! Bring a mat and there will be a few available if you don't have one. No prior registration.
Tara works with Mountain Youth and NamaStay Sober to support those in recovery through fitness, meditation and community connections. She likes cooking AND eating, finding unusual restaurants, journaling, playing outdoors, reading cooking memoirs, taking architectural walking tours, traveling just about anywhere, and wants more dancing and game nights in her life.
