About Lily:

"Lily Shapcott is a Vail Valley local, born and raised in Vail. She is currently in progress in her MA in Counseling Psychology, and intends to continue her education and eventually enter the field of clinical psych within the Valley. As a suicide attempt survivor, and someone who has struggled with her mental health majority of her life, she understands the needs for things like peer support - and being raised in the valley, is aware of the unique challenges, limitations, and access barriers within our community. In her free time, she loves to ride her peloton bike and visit her favorite ice cream shop, and will never skip the chance to pet a dog."
