Yvonne and Kirby with Yoga+Beats are putting on the holiday spirit with a FREE fun holiday themed yoga session. Enjoy some Christmas tunes. Don an ugly Christmas sweater. And release some of that tension this season can bring on!

Each participant that attends will also get a free month of their Stay@OM Yoga. This is all levels Yoga on Demand. There are over 50 classes (and more added every week). Classes range from 15-75 min. And there are meditation classes too!
