Community Connections at Mountain Valley Horse Rescue

Join SpeakUp ReachOut at Mountain Valley Horse Rescue for some time in nature, physical activity, connection with horses, volunteering for a worthy cause, and to connect with others in our community - all things that are GREAT for our mental wellness!

All ages are welcome and no horse experience is necessary. Community Volunteer Day is FREE for individuals and families wanting to give back to the community and spend time at the Ranch. Lunch will be provided, so be sure to pre-register by emailing volunteer@mvhr.net. By the end of the day you will be a Certified Volunteer which qualifies you to come to the Rescue anytime to help with a variety of chores and continue to enjoy all of the wellness benefits.

Need transportation to the Rescue? Let MVHR know when you register and they’ll save a seat for you or your group on their van. They’ll depart from the I70-Wolcott Park and Ride at 9:30 am and return around 1:45. Seating is limited to 14 people.
