Awakening Through Grief

Self-inquiry to move through your grief and experience greater clarity and understanding

About

Awakening Through Grief follows an evolutionary progression that guides you in self-inquiry to move through your grief and experience greater clarity and understanding of your purpose and life path. This class series offers somatic tools and an intimate container for emotions and thoughts to be felt, expressed, shared and moved through. It is an invitation to awaken to yourself and all of life more fully by going into and through your grief, while being held in the sacred container of yoga. For each meeting, expect to be led through meditation, journaling, time for group sharing, and a short portion of grief-centered yoga therapy.

About Kayla:

Kayla Weber is from Michigan and has lived in the Vail Valley since 2013. Originally pursuing environmental education and sustainability, her path changed in 2014 after losing yet another very close family member to addiction. She now owns Revolution Power Yoga in Avon and specializes in mindfulness practices such as forest therapy, sound healing, yoga, and acudetox auricular acupuncture. Originally certified in the Grief Recovery Method, she was certified in Mindful Grieving in early 2021 and finds purpose in helping others understand the connections within the whole being- body, mind, and spirit. Weaving together a multitude of modalities and teachings, she hopes to help each person find the style of healing that resonates most with them.
