Workplace Wellbeing Summit Impact Report

The Workplace Wellbeing Summit at 4 Eagle Ranch, facilitated by Sally Spencer-Thomas and Sarah Gaer on April 11, 2025, gathered 60 participants from 8 Eagle County workplaces. The workshop guided participants through the 9 practices of workplace suicide prevention. From prevention, to intervention and postvention, each organization walked away with one new action step for three of the nine practices.
